Popular meme coin launchpad Pump.fun is planning a token offering to raise $1 billion.
Insider sources told Blockworks that the project intends to offer $1 billion worth of tokens to public and private investors at a valuation of $4 billion. However, they did not confirm the timing nor launch method for the token offering.
Pump.fun allows anyone to freely create their own meme coin. The project is renowned for its revenue-generating abilities, having earned over $600 million since launching in 2024.
