Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest made a series of trades on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, as revealed in the firm’s daily ETF disclosures.
The biggest move of the day was a sell. ARK offloaded 43,586 shares of test-equipment maker Teradyne, worth around $13.3 million. Teradyne stock fell 2.9% on the day, following a post-earnings rally earlier in February.
On the buy side, ARK picked up 24,205 shares of Broadcom for roughly $8 million. Broadcom stock rose 2.3% on the day, with optimism around custom AI chip makers helping lift the price.
ARK also bought 30,139 shares of Advanced Micro Devices, totaling about $6.1 million. AMD fell 2% that day following reports of possible delays in its Instinct MI455X accelerator chips.
AMD slipped a further 2.3% in after-hours trading. That came after news broke of an expanded, multiyear AI infrastructure deal between Nvidia and Meta.
ARK added 41,453 shares of Coinbase Global, worth around $6.9 million. Coinbase stock was up 1% on the day despite Mizuho Securities cutting its price target from $280 to $170.
Mizuho cited a preference for rival Robinhood during what it described as an ongoing “crypto winter.” Bitcoin prices have been falling in recent weeks.
ARK also sold 119,374 shares of Twist Bioscience for about $6.3 million. The sale came after Twist shares hit a 52-week high of $53.42, up 7.7% on the day.
Why Twist Bioscience Shares Surged
Twist Bioscience announced a licensing agreement with Invenra, making it co-exclusive provider of Invenra’s B-Body bispecific antibody platform. Twist will receive all related revenue from the deal and a 6% ownership stake in Invenra.
ARK appeared to use the price spike as an opportunity to exit the position at a higher valuation.
Other Buys and Sells
ARK Invest bought 84,663 shares of CRISPR Therapeutics for roughly $4.5 million, adding to its biotech holdings.
The firm also sold 57,769 shares of Pinterest for about $891,000, and 15,711 shares of Airbnb for around $1.9 million.
