Rubrik had a quarter to talk about. The cybersecurity firm posted Q4 fiscal 2026 results that cleared analyst estimates across the board, and its guidance for the year ahead came in above what Wall Street was expecting.

Adjusted EPS came in at $0.04, a $0.15 beat over the consensus estimate of -$0.11. Revenue reached $377.7 million, ahead of the $350.56 million estimate, and up 46% from the same period a year earlier.
The company added a record $115 million in net new subscription ARR during the quarter. Total subscription ARR grew 34% year-over-year to $1.46 billion.

CEO Bipul Sinha said the acceleration in net new subscription ARR growth “at our scale demonstrates that Rubrik is an increasingly critical platform for the AI era.”
Rubrik’s adjusted gross margin improved to 83.7% in Q4, up from 79.7% in the same quarter a year ago. That’s a meaningful move for a company still working toward consistent profitability.
The company ended the quarter with 2,805 customers spending $100,000 or more in subscription ARR, a 25% increase year-over-year. Free cash flow for the quarter came in at $70.1 million, slightly below the $75.2 million posted in Q4 of fiscal 2025.
Guidance Tops Estimates
For Q1 fiscal 2027, Rubrik guided revenue of $365 million to $367 million. The midpoint of $366 million cleared the $349.5 million analyst consensus. Adjusted EPS guidance of -$0.04 to -$0.02 also topped the -$0.07 consensus.
For the full fiscal year 2027, the company projects revenue of $1.597 billion to $1.607 billion. The midpoint of $1.602 billion sits above the $1.58 billion consensus. Full-year adjusted EPS guidance of $0.07 to $0.27 brackets the $0.07 analyst estimate at the low end.
The stock jumped around 5% in after-hours trading on the news.
