Securitize has launched a new tokenized fixed-income fund in partnership with Neuberger, one of the world’s largest asset managers. The fund is called the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund, or HINC.

This is the first time Neuberger has served as subadvisor to a tokenized fund. The firm manages $230 billion in fixed-income assets and roughly $613 billion overall.
HINC will invest mainly in high-yield bonds. It will also have exposure to collateralized loan obligations and leveraged loans.
The fund is available to accredited investors and qualified purchasers. Investors must pass onboarding, KYC and AML checks, and meet jurisdictional requirements.
Fund Runs Across Four Blockchain Networks
HINC is issued across Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, and Sui. Securitize provides the infrastructure to issue and manage tokenized shares on all four networks.
Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo said the launch gives eligible investors access to Neuberger’s fixed-income approach through four leading blockchain networks. He described the platform as regulated and end-to-end.
Securitize Capital LLC will serve as HINC’s investment adviser. Securitize gained registered investment advisor status with the SEC last month.
Anil Abraham, Head of Product Management at Neuberger, said the firm is extending its actively managed, research-driven fixed-income process to on-chain investors.
Securitize’s Growing Tokenized Asset Portfolio
Securitize currently has about $4.96 billion in distributed asset value across 26 tokenized real-world assets. Its existing products include BlackRock’s $2.7 billion BUIDL fund, a $355 million tokenized AAA CLO fund, and a $95 million Apollo diversified credit fund.
The company went public on July 2, becoming the first firm to debut simultaneously on the New York Stock Exchange and onchain.
Securitize posted record revenue of $19.5 million in the first quarter of 2026, up nearly 40% year over year. It reported $3.4 billion in tokenized assets under management at that time.
Securitize shares rose around 5% on Tuesday following the announcement. That gave the company a market cap of roughly $838 million.
Despite that gain, the stock is still down more than 50% from levels it reached shortly after its public debut in July.
The launch comes as demand grows for yield-generating products. Capital costs have risen, pushing investors toward active fixed-income strategies.
Neuberger’s fixed-income platform has operated through multiple market cycles. The firm says the on-chain expansion allows it to reach a new segment of qualified investors globally.
