Nebius Group (NBIS) reported a year-on-year increase in second-quarter 2026 revenue, driven by rising demand for AI cloud infrastructure. Revenue reached $582.3 million for the quarter ended June 30, up 454% from $105.1 million a year earlier. First-half revenue climbed 529% to $981.3 million from $156 million in the same period of 2025.
Nebius Group Expands AI Cloud Business
Founder and CEO Arkady Volozh said the company secured its largest AI cloud contracts to date under stronger commercial terms. The reported figures cover Nebius Group’s AI cloud business, autonomous vehicle platform Avride, and education technology service TripleTen.
The company has continued to raise funds to support new computing capacity. In July, Nebius secured $775 million to expand its AI cloud platform and support further infrastructure development.
UK Data Center Investment Moves Forward
Nebius plans to invest $2.3 billion in new AI infrastructure across the United Kingdom. The program includes three new data center facilities with a combined planned capacity of 65 megawatts by 2027.
The company expects its wider AI cloud infrastructure network to reach full maturity by October 31, 2030. The buildout forms part of Nebius Group’s plan to increase available computing capacity as customer demand for AI services grows.
Adjusted EBITDA rose to $236.2 million in the second quarter, compared with a $21 million loss in the same quarter of 2025. For the first six months of 2026, adjusted EBITDA reached $365.7 million, compared with a $74.7 million loss a year earlier.
Nebius reported net income from continuing operations of $190.4 million in the second quarter. First-half net income increased 8% to $430.8 million from $398.2 million in 2025. On an adjusted basis, the company posted a $33.2 million net loss for the quarter, narrower than the $91.5 million loss reported a year earlier.
First-Half Losses Narrow
For the first half of 2026, the adjusted net loss fell to $133.5 million from $175.2 million in the first half of 2025. The improvement came as revenue expanded and adjusted EBITDA moved into positive territory.
Nebius Group continues to direct capital toward AI cloud infrastructure while increasing its data center capacity. Revenue and adjusted EBITDA increased, while adjusted losses narrowed during the reported six months. The company is also preparing additional facilities to support future AI cloud demand.
