That revenue figure marks a 23.5% jump from the $759.2 million Ubiquiti reported in Q4 fiscal 2025.
The quarter-over-quarter growth was also strong. Revenue rose 18.9% from $788.2 million in Q3 fiscal 2026.
Enterprise Technology Drives the Numbers
The main engine behind that growth was the Enterprise Technology segment, which brought in $868.3 million during the quarter. That compares to $680.1 million in the same period last year.
Service Provider Technology, by contrast, dipped to $69 million from $79 million a year ago.
Gross margin came in at 45.8%, up from 45.1% in Q4 fiscal 2025 but lower than the 47% posted in Q3 fiscal 2026.
The company pointed to higher component and shipping costs as the reason for that sequential dip.
Ubiquiti also flagged that component costs could keep rising and availability may stay tight, which it said could weigh on gross margins in the near term.
