CrowdStrike stock rose 1.1% in premarket trading on Tuesday after the company unveiled a wave of new AI security products and partnerships at its Fal.Con 2026 conference in Las Vegas.
CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc., CRWD
The cybersecurity firm launched Falcon Guardian, a new solution designed to extend runtime endpoint security and visibility across AI agents. It covers data, models, prompts, agents, identities, infrastructure, and interactions, from cloud to SaaS to browser.
CrowdStrike also introduced SafeMind, its first agentic security system built for defenders. SafeMind is built with Nvidia Nemotron and is designed to protect more while costing less than generic frontier models. CoreWeave’s AI Cloud is powering training and inference for the program.
Alongside these product launches, CrowdStrike announced the Cyber Superintelligence Lab, which it describes as the first frontier AI research organization focused on cyberdefense and AI safety. The lab brings together AI researchers, offensive operators, and incident responders under one mission.
CEO George Kurtz said the lab will concentrate the company’s applied AI talent on the Falcon platform. “Security is how AI scales,” Kurtz said.
Partnership With OpenAI and Google
On Wednesday, CrowdStrike said it is teaming with OpenAI to bring CrowdStrike security to Codex agents and bring OpenAI’s GPT-5.6 Cyber model to the Falcon platform.
The company is also extending Falcon to Google’s Gemini Enterprise through Falcon MCP, Charlotte AI, and Falcon Shield, pulling CrowdStrike intelligence into Gemini-supported workflows.
Ernst and Young also selected CrowdStrike as an accelerator to the Trust Layer of EY.ai Value Blueprints, integrating Falcon into EY’s AI transformation framework.
DA Davidson Reiterates Buy

CrowdStrike reported a 26% revenue increase and 33.5% growth in non-GAAP EPS in its fiscal second quarter of 2027. Net new Annual Recurring Revenue came in at $332.8 million, up 51% year over year.
