This continues a trend from earlier in the week. ARK sold large amounts of Personalised stock on several days. The fund has been reducing its position in the company.
ARK Adds to Freenome and Scribe Therapeutics
On the buying side, ARK acquired 254,668 shares of Freenome, Inc. through ARKG. The purchase was worth $3,129,869. It adds to the fund’s recent buying of Freenome shares.
ARK also bought 29,416 shares of Scribe Therapeutics Inc. The total value was $609,499. The fund made smaller purchases of the stock earlier in the week.
ARK sold 59,477 shares of CareDx, Inc. through ARKG. The sale totaled $3,965,926. The fund has sold CareDx shares steadily over the past week.

ARK Buys Rocket Lab After Sell-Off
ARK also made a separate purchase in the space sector. On Thursday, ARK funds bought 168,633 shares of Rocket Lab valued at about $9.3 million.
The purchase came as Rocket Lab shares fell nearly 7%. The stock is down about 21% for the year. It fell another 7.98% in the latest session.
Investors are focused on Neutron, the company’s planned medium-lift rocket. Rocket Lab has pushed the first launch to 2027. Production issues required more work on the vehicle.
The delay pushes back a possible new source of revenue. Building the rocket also adds to spending. Rocket Lab reported negative free cash flow of $110 million in the second quarter.
The company’s current business offers some support. Its backlog reached $2.36 billion at the end of June. That is up 137% from a year earlier.
Rocket Lab also has an agreement covering 20 Electron launches. This adds to its future launch demand. Neutron’s schedule and development costs remain key factors for investors.
