XRP is trading near $1.31 on Oct. 19 after a sharp October decline. The token opened near $1.306, reached about $1.315 and held above $1.30.

Price has fallen from late-September highs near $1.60. XRP broke below the rising trendline that supported its recovery from the August low near $1.00.
The daily chart shows XRP lost that trendline and is now grinding just above $1.30. RSI sits at 38.48 and MACD is below its signal line, so the bounce hasn’t flipped momentum yet.

Bulls need $1.35-$1.40 back to patch the breakdown, with $1.45-$1.50 next. The level to watch is $1.2555, because a daily close below it opens $1.20 and possibly $1.10-$1.15.
Analyst Diana (@InvestWithD) posted that XRP may be repeating its 2024 rally, when it moved from about $0.50 to $3.40, a 6.8x gain. She points to a liquidity sweep, a possible bullish change of character and a volume spike. Applying 6.8x to $1.27 gives $8.64, and she lists $1.73 as the breakout confirmation.

In 2024, $XRP was STUCK around $0.50, swept below support, then EXPLODED to $3.40 — a MASSIVE 6.8X!
We’re seeing a SIMILAR setup: a liquidity sweep, a potential bullish CHoCH, and a HUGE volume… https://t.co/0tYYL0hyc5 pic.twitter.com/KSrCSvcq0v
