- Strategy Chairman Michael Saylor described Bitcoin as “digital monetary energy” in an X post
- Analyst Ted Pillows expects choppy weekend price action until BTC breaks above $65,000

- UBS increased its call-option exposure to BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust by over 24-fold in Q2
Bitcoin traded just under $63,000 on Sunday, down 0.4% to $62,907, moving within a tight range as traders watched key support and resistance levels.

Strategy Chairman Michael Saylor posted on X calling Bitcoin “digital monetary energy.” He described money as a technology for storing value created through labour, time and resources. Saylor argued Bitcoin improves on both gold and fiat currency by offering a fixed supply and decentralised network.

He said Bitcoin’s proof-of-work system ties digital property to physical energy, requiring miners to spend computing power to secure the network. About 20.07 million of the maximum 21 million Bitcoin have already been mined, leaving around 929,465 tokens remaining.
Programmed halvings will keep slowing new supply. The 2028 halving is expected to cut daily production from 450 to 225 Bitcoin.
What Analysts Are Watching
Analyst Ted Pillows posted on X that BTC is hovering around $63,000 and expects more choppy price action over the weekend. He said the sideways movement will likely continue until Bitcoin breaks clearly above $65,000.
$BTC is hovering around the $63,000 level.
The weekend is here, so I'm expecting more choppy price action.

Analyst Kaz outlined a short-term scenario where Bitcoin could dip toward $62,200 to sweep liquidity before recovering. He said he would look for long setups if that downside move develops rather than treating it as a broader bearish signal.
On the upside, Kaz pointed to a cluster of equal highs near $64,500 as the first target if buyers take control. A daily order-block zone between $64,800 and $65,400 represents harder resistance where he would consider short setups.
Resistance Levels in Focus
Analyst Michaël van de Poppe identified $63,400 as the key level BTC must clear to open the door toward $64,500–$64,600. He said a break above that level would strengthen the case for a continued move higher.
The chart of $BTC looks quite clear.
⛔️ Resistance zone of $63,400 is pushing back a potential breakout upwards. If that breakout upwards happens, I'm seeing a strong move to $64,600+ and likely a breakout upwards.
✅ The first area, of personal interest, of looking for longs… pic.twitter.com/qKqeRh6Z3n

If Bitcoin fails to break that resistance, van de Poppe is watching $62,250–$62,300 for a possible liquidity sweep. He considers $60,500–$61,000 a more conservative area for potential long entries if price pulls back further.
On the institutional side, UBS increased call-option exposure tied to BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust more than 24-fold in Q2, to 1.95 million underlying shares. The bank also raised its direct IBIT holdings by 12% to 407,890 shares.
Bitcoin’s next move hinges on whether it holds $62,200 support or breaks above $63,400 resistance.
