U.S. commercial revenue was the headline number, surging 149% to $764 million. Operating cash flow came in at $1.22 billion for the quarter.
EPS landed at $0.41, topping the $0.34 analyst estimate by $0.07. A year ago, the company posted $0.16 EPS for the same period.
Management also raised its full-year 2026 revenue, operating income, and free cash flow outlook following the results. Record contract value pointed to continued demand across both commercial and government customers.

Bank of America’s Mariana Perez Mora kept her Buy rating and holds a Street-high price target of $255. She cited strength in PLTR’s U.S. commercial business and raised her 2026 and out-year estimates.
Phillip Securities analyst Alif Fahmi lifted his target to $215 from $202, maintaining a Buy. He pointed to Palantir’s Ontology and AIP tools as key drivers of enterprise AI adoption.
Deutsche Bank moved from Hold to Buy, setting a $200 target. Northland Securities also set a $200 target on August 4.
Across the board, Palantir currently holds a Moderate Buy consensus from 16 Buys, four Holds, and two Sells. The average price target sits around $192 to $197, pointing to roughly 10% upside from current levels.

The stock trades at a forward P/E of 112.2x against a sector median of 23.19x. The trailing P/E sits even higher at 153.79. That kind of premium leaves little room for error if growth slows.
