CEO George Kurtz did not hold back, calling it “the best quarter in CrowdStrike’s history.” That is a big claim, but the numbers back it up.
Q2 fiscal 2027 revenue hit $1.47 billion, up 26% from a year ago. That cleared the Wall Street consensus of $1.44 billion. Earnings per share came in at $0.31, ahead of the $0.29 estimate.

Net income attributable to CrowdStrike came in at $5.3 million for the quarter. That is a sharp turnaround from the $70.2 million loss posted in the same period last year.
Diluted EPS landed at $0.01, compared to a diluted loss per share of $0.07 in the year-ago quarter.
Annual Recurring Revenue Hits $5.84 Billion
Annual recurring revenue, a key metric for subscription-heavy businesses, grew 25% year-over-year to $5.84 billion. The quarter before, ARR rose a record $255.8 million to reach $5.51 billion.
That kind of momentum in ARR tells you customers are locking in and expanding their commitments, not pulling back.
Kurtz pointed to AI as the engine driving demand. “Every enterprise will run on AI, and securing it is the largest market opportunity in our history,” he said in the earnings release.
Guidance Raised for Full Year
Management lifted its full-year fiscal 2027 revenue outlook to a range of $5.991 billion to $6.011 billion. The previous forecast was $5.915 billion to $5.959 billion.
Full-year EPS guidance was also nudged higher, now expected between $1.25 and $1.26, up from $1.22 to $1.24.
For Q3, CrowdStrike guided for revenue of approximately $1.5 billion.
Prior to this earnings report, CRWD stock had already climbed 81% over the past 12 months. Wednesday’s after-hours pop adds to that run.
Wall Street remains bullish. CrowdStrike carries a consensus Strong Buy rating from 37 analysts, with 30 Buy and seven Hold recommendations issued over the last three months.
The average price target sits at $214.72, implying around 14% upside from current levels. Those targets may be revised following the latest results.
