🚨 XRP Adoption Accelerates While Price Hovers Near $1.25

The jump came on a Sunday, which is usually one of the quieter days for network activity. XRP traded near $1.25 at the time. Price stayed moderate while wallet growth picked up.
Santiment shared the data on X on November 2. The firm said the growth of the XRP network is accelerating rapidly. It linked the timing to the recent Binance attack, but it played down a firm connection.
Santiment said the rise followed a busy week for XRP and came shortly after the attack. It added that the incident may have led more users to choose self-custody and new wallets. Self-custody means holders control their own private keys instead of an exchange.
Wallet counts measure new addresses, not new people. A new wallet could point to a new user. It could also point to an existing user changing how they store their coins.
The Binance Attack and XRP
The security incident involved XRP directly. Investigators found that five Binance wallets sent 233.46 million XRP to an address controlled by the attacker. The transfers took about four minutes and happened on October 29.
Each sending wallet kept only its minimum balance. This is according to transaction tracking cited in the findings. The attack was valued at about $6 billion.
Binance said on October 31 that XRP and nine other cryptocurrencies were fully backed. The company said it replaced the stolen assets using its own resources. This covered the reserves behind customer balances, which is separate from the ability to withdraw during the suspension.
The exchange also set out a phased plan to restore withdrawals. The first reopening window was scheduled for November 1, with XRP among the listed networks. Binance said it had covered about 95% of the affected amount.
Less liquid tokens made up the remaining shortfall. The company committed to covering the financial impact of that gap as well.
Price Levels in Focus
Santiment named $1.25 as the immediate pivot point for XRP. It called $1.30 the first level that would confirm a stronger price move. The firm tied its outlook to continued wallet growth.

According to Santiment, the setup becomes more favorable if new wallets stay above roughly 4,000 per day. XRP would also need to recover to $1.30. A drop below $1.20, along with growth falling under 3,000 wallets, would weaken the signal.
Analyst Ali Charts also pointed to a tight range on X. He said the Bollinger Bands on the 4-hour chart have squeezed to their narrowest levels since August. He noted that the last time they were this compressed, XRP rallied 71% in three days.
XRP: A BIG MOVE IS COMING
The Bollinger Bands on the 4-hour chart have squeezed to their narrowest levels since August.
The last time they were this compressed, $XRP rallied 71% in just three days.
But a squeeze doesn’t predict direction.
That’s why I’m watching:

Ali Charts said a squeeze does not predict direction. He is watching a 4-hour close above $1.27 as bullish and a close below $1.23 as bearish. Until then, he sees $1.23 to $1.27 as a no-trade zone.
Separately, the attacker moved the stolen XRP on November 2. The assets had stayed mostly untouched for about 80 hours. Nine large transfers between 3:52 AM and 4:00 AM UTC sent about 233.45 million XRP to six new wallets.
These transfers happened after the daily period highlighted by Santiment. At the time of writing, XRP is trading at $1.25.
