TLDR
- BNB trades near $691 on Nov. 3, about 14% below its October high near $800.
- The token fell below the rising trendline that held since July.
- Binance said it replenished about 90% of assets affected by the $6.34 billion breach.
- The VanEck BNB ETF (VBNB) drew about $98.6 million in October.
- Analyst Crypto Patel set long-term BNB targets of $2,112 and $5,000.
BNB is trading around $691 on Nov. 3. The token ended October weak and dropped below the rising trendline that had supported its recovery since July.

On the daily chart, BNB opened near $698 and reached about $701. It then fell as low as $691. That leaves the token roughly 14% below its October high near $800.
The move comes as Binance continues to restore withdrawals after the Oct. 29 security breach. Billions of dollars have left the exchange as users moved funds elsewhere. Reuters reported that more withdrawals across BNB Smart Chain (BSC) and other networks were being restored from Nov. 3.
BNB breaks its uptrend as $690 becomes key
The break below the July trendline is the main development on the chart. BNB is now testing the $690 to $710 region. That zone acted as resistance before the September breakout.

The daily Relative Strength Index (RSI) has fallen to 36.53. That is close to oversold territory but has not reached the usual 30 level.
The MACD line sits near -11.84, below its signal line near -7.77. The histogram is also negative, which shows short-term momentum still favors sellers.
If $690 fails, the next major support is around $600 to $620. The chart shows a broad demand zone there.
To improve the setup, BNB first needs to recover $710 to $720. Above that, about $750 is the next hurdle. The $780 to $800 area follows.
Analyst Crypto Patel posted a longer-term view on Oct. 29. He said BNB remains bullish on his long-term chart after a breakout above its multi-year descending trendline.

Patel said his $500 accumulation zone at the 0.5 Fibonacci level has already been filled. He listed long-term targets of $2,112 and $5,000. He also keeps bids at $418 to $302, which match the 0.618 to 0.786 Fibonacci levels.
Binance recovers from the security incident
Binance said on Oct. 31 that it had replenished about 90% of the assets affected by the $6.34 billion incident. It used company funds and published a proof-of-reserves snapshot.
Withdrawals have reopened in stages. BNB, USDT and USDC on BNB Smart Chain were among the first assets restored. More networks and assets are following this week.
BNB Chain said BSC, opBNB, Greenfield and its bridge contracts were not affected by the exchange incident. The breach hit Binance’s exchange infrastructure, not the BNB Chain network itself.
ETF flows and on-chain data
The U.S.-listed VanEck BNB ETF (VBNB) drew about $98.6 million in October. BNB was one of the strongest crypto ETF categories that month. Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana funds all saw net withdrawals.
Most of that money arrived before the breach. Roughly $97 million came in on Oct. 2, and later flows were small.
Glassnode data shows VBNB held about 132,453 BNB as of Oct. 30. No net flow was recorded that day.
BNB Chain activity remains high. DeFi total value locked (TVL) is near $5.25 billion. Stablecoin supply is around $14.25 billion.
The chain averages about 2.95 million daily active addresses. It processes roughly $549 million in spot DEX volume per day. Protocol fees total about $12.7 million over 30 days.
TVL is down about 11.7% over 30 days, according to another dataset.
From $691, BNB needs a gain of about 16% to reach $800. One forecasting model puts the average 2026 price near $680. Its upper estimate for 2026 is about $820.
The base-case year-end range in the source analysis is $700 to $800. A drop below $690 would expose $650 and then the $600 to $620 support zone. A move above $720 to $750 could open a path toward $800 to $850.
