TLDR
- Phantom will stop supporting the Sui blockchain on September 24, 2026, ending an integration launched in January 2025.
- Users can migrate SUI to another compatible wallet or convert it into wrapped SUI on Solana before support ends.
- Sui’s DeFi TVL has fallen to about $470 million, well below the more than $2 billion recorded around Phantom’s 2025 integration.
- SUI trades near $0.83 and remains below its 200-day moving average around $0.87, a key level for the current bullish setup.
- A sustained move above $0.87 could strengthen SUI’s recovery, while nearby daily and weekly support levels remain important.
Phantom will end support for the Sui blockchain on September 24, 2026, giving users one month to move or convert their assets. The change closes an integration that began in January 2025, when Sui joined Phantom’s growing multichain wallet. At launch, Phantom had about 15 million monthly active users, giving Sui broad retail access. The decision arrives as SUI price trades near $0.83 after a steep fall from its January 2025 record of $5.36.
Phantom and Sui Set September 24 Deadline
After September 24, users will no longer manage Sui assets directly through Phantom. However, their tokens will remain on the Sui blockchain. Wallet software only provides access to on-chain assets, so holders can recover their balances through another compatible wallet.
Phantom and Sui have decided to end Sui support on Phantom on September 24, and leave open the opportunity to explore other collaborations in the future.
Your funds remain safe and fully under your control. Before 9/24, you can move your wallet to another app that supports Sui,…

Phantom gives users two main choices before support ends. Holders can convert SUI into wrapped SUI on Solana without a Phantom fee before the deadline. Network and exchange charges may still apply. Users can also swap into SOL, ETH, or USDC without an added Phantom fee. Both teams describe the decision as mutual and leave room for future work.
Users Can Move SUI to Another Wallet
Those who want to keep native SUI can import their recovery phrase into another wallet that supports Sui. Phantom points users toward Slush, which the Sui Foundation recommends. The same Sui address and balances should appear after the account imports correctly.
Phantom also warns users about migration scams. The company says its support team will not contact holders first or request recovery phrases. Users who leave assets untouched after September 24 can still access them later through compatible software using the same wallet credentials.
SUI Bulls Watch the $0.87 Level
SUI currently trades near $0.83, while DefiLlama data places Sui’s total value locked near $470.38 million. That figure remains far below the more than $2 billion recorded around Phantom’s initial Sui rollout, showing a smaller amount of capital now active across the network.
A bullish setup could develop if SUI breaks above its 200-day moving average near $0.87. The token also sits close to support areas visible on daily, weekly, and four-hour charts.

A confirmed move above $0.87 could strengthen short-term momentum, while failure to hold nearby support could keep price action under pressure.
