XRP ETFs continued to attract capital on Aug. 25 even as XRP faced renewed selling pressure in the crypto market. U.S. spot XRP ETFs recorded $23.87 million in daily net inflows, extending their positive run. Cumulative net inflows reached $1.6 billion, while net assets stood at $1.46 billion. The inflows came as traders watched weakening price signals.
XRP ETFs Inflows See Stronger Late-August Demand
Bitwise led Tuesday’s inflows with $11.02 million. Franklin Templeton followed with $6.39 million, while Grayscale added $4.28 million. Canary Capital recorded $2.19 million, while the 21Shares fund reported no net flow.
Demand has improved since Aug. 18 after a quiet start to the month. The funds added $5.81 million on Aug. 18, $2.35 million on Aug. 19, $13.24 million on Aug. 20, $18.38 million on Aug. 21, $13.82 million on Aug. 24, and $23.87 million on Aug. 25.
The latest five trading sessions brought about $77.5 million into XRP ETFs. Last week alone, the products collected about $39.8 million. Earlier in August, cumulative inflows stayed near $1.51 billion for several sessions as activity remained limited.
The recent increase comes as XRP trades near $1.44, according to CoinGecko data. The token has gained about 40% over the past two weeks, though short-term technical signals have turned weaker. ETF buying has therefore continued alongside a softer hourly chart.
XRP Price Loses Key Hourly Support
Technical analyst ChartNerdTA said XRP price lost Gaussian Channel support on the one-hour chart after repeated rejections from the Adaptive Supertrend indicator. The indicator had already turned bearish, and the analyst said the latest move showed weakening price action.
ChartNerdTA said XRP needs to recover the $1.48 to $1.50 area to reduce the risk of a deeper decline. Failure to reclaim that zone could expose the token to $1.30 or $1.20. The analyst said the setup still lacks confirmation and could change quickly.
Good Morning Folk! ☀️$XRP has lost Gaussian Channel support on the 1H after witnessing multiple rejections from the Adaptive Supertrend since its bearish print. Weakness is revealing its hand.
Price must reclaim $1.48/50 to avoid further rejection towards $1.30/$1.20 #NFA https://t.co/XlimRFQNuR pic.twitter.com/Fka1L1Qx8E

An earlier analysis placed XRP price between Supertrend resistance and Gaussian Channel support. At that stage, a break below $1.54 pointed toward $1.30, while a breakout offered a possible path toward $1.70 to $1.80.
The latest chart shows buyers failed to defend the short-term support area. Traders now remain focused on whether XRP can regain $1.48 to $1.50 or continue lower while XRP ETFs maintain demand.
