TLDR
- XRP climbed 1.07% to around $1.10 as broader crypto markets recovered
- Binance deposits and withdrawals dropped from ~650,000 to 350,000, signaling possible accumulation
- XRP ETFs hold $1.49 billion in cumulative inflows but saw no new net inflows on July 24
- Ripple launched Ripple Mint on July 23 to help institutions manage RLUSD stablecoins
- Key levels to watch: $1.05 support and $1.15 resistance
XRP traded around $1.09–$1.10 as the broader crypto market recovered, with total crypto market cap rising 0.9% to $2.21 trillion. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and Dogecoin all moved higher in the same period.

The recovery followed stronger U.S. equities as geopolitical tensions eased and earnings sentiment improved. Risk appetite returned across markets, lifting digital assets that had faced selling pressure recently.
XRP had been holding a price zone between $1.06 and $1.09. Buyers stepped in at that level, preventing further losses. A move above $1.10 puts $1.13–$1.15 resistance back in play.
If XRP clears $1.15, the next targets are $1.24 and $1.28. A drop below $1.08 could reopen the $1.05 level.
Binance Activity Falls, Accumulation Pattern Emerges
Binance 30-day deposits and withdrawals dropped from roughly 650,000 in June to around 350,000. That kind of slowdown previously happened before XRP’s October 2025 rally.
Fewer exchange transactions generally mean less immediate selling pressure. It suggests holders are keeping their coins rather than moving them to exchanges to sell.
The NVT Ratio also climbed 144.21% to 697.6 in one day, showing XRP’s market cap grew faster than on-chain transaction volume. This can reflect growing investor confidence, though it also raises questions about whether price is outpacing actual network usage.

Funding rates rose 52.16% to 0.008685 over 24 hours. Positive funding means long-position holders are paying a premium to keep bullish bets open, showing steady confidence without signs of excessive leverage.
Analyst ChartNerd (@ChartNerdTA) noted that XRP secured a bounce off ascending support but still needs to break FIB resistance at $1.12–$1.13 to continue toward the local $1.16 high. He pointed to the daily 50 moving average as a factor guiding the trend.
$XRP secured a bounce! 👏
Price has reacted positively on ascending support, but there's still plenty of work to do for continuation of the trend toward the local $1.16 high: price must break FIB resistance ($1.12/$1.13)

Ripple Mint Launch and Regulatory Developments
Ripple launched Ripple Mint on July 23, a platform that lets institutions mint, redeem, and manage RLUSD stablecoins in one place. The launch strengthens Ripple’s institutional stablecoin infrastructure but does not directly drive XRP demand.
On the regulatory side, the U.S. CLARITY Act continues to move through Congress. The bill, which has support from major institutions including BlackRock, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, and Grayscale, classified 16 crypto assets as digital commodities in March 2026. However, the timeline remains unclear as legislators approach a Senate recess.

The RSI sat near 47, below the neutral 50 mark, showing bearish pressure has eased but buyers have not yet taken full control. Price remains compressed between $1.05 and $1.15.
