Revenue grew 25.2% year-over-year, marking Intel’s fastest top-line growth in more than 15 years.
The Client segment led the way with $8.9 billion in revenue — around $900 million above consensus — driven by higher average selling prices. The Datacenter segment brought in $6.3 billion, well ahead of the $5.5 billion Street estimate, with demand described as materially outstripping supply.
Gross margins hit 41.8%, beating the 39.2% consensus estimate.
Analyst Price Targets Move Higher
Several firms moved their targets after the print. Bernstein raised its target to $110 from $100, keeping a Market Perform rating. Truist went to $108. DA Davidson moved to $100. Baird set the most bullish target at $125, pointing to tight supply and potential upside in data center revenue.
TD Cowen held its $115 target, calling out strong demand and improved output but flagging potential margin pressure ahead. Stifel lowered its target slightly to $110 on valuation grounds despite the strong quarter.
The average analyst price target across the Street now stands at $107.67. The ratings breakdown shows two Strong Buys, fifteen Buys, twenty-nine Holds, and three Sells.
