Ubiquiti (UI) shares rebounded in pre-market trading after the networking company reported stronger fourth-quarter and full-year fiscal 2026 results. The company posted quarterly revenue growth of 23.5% while extending its $500 million stock repurchase program. UI stock gained 3.73% to $595.00 before Friday’s open after closing Wednesday down 2.85% at $573.87.
Ubiquiti Revenue Climbs 23.5% as Enterprise Technology Expands
Ubiquiti reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $937.3 million, up 23.5% from the same period last year. Revenue also increased 18.9% from the previous quarter as demand strengthened across its Enterprise Technology platform. Meanwhile, full-year revenue reached $3.27 billion, representing a 27.2% increase from fiscal 2025.
Enterprise Technology generated $868.3 million during the quarter, compared with $680.1 million one year earlier. Service Provider Technology revenue declined to $69 million from $79 million during the comparable period. Stronger enterprise sales provided the main driver behind Ubiquiti’s overall quarterly revenue growth.
North American revenue reached $507.4 million, compared with $379.9 million during the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025. EMEA revenue also increased to $331.6 million from $303.8 million during the same comparison. Asia Pacific revenue climbed to $69.4 million, while South American revenue reached $28.9 million.
Ubiquiti Earnings Rise Despite Higher Component Costs
Ubiquiti reported GAAP net income of $284.9 million during the fourth quarter, representing 6.8% annual growth. Non-GAAP net income increased 33.6% from last year to $286.5 million. Consequently, GAAP diluted earnings reached $4.70 per share, while adjusted earnings reached $4.73 per share.
Quarterly gross profit rose to $429.3 million, compared with $342.7 million one year earlier. However, gross margin declined sequentially to 45.8% from 47% because component and shipping costs increased. Still, the margin remained above the 45.1% recorded during the comparable fiscal 2025 quarter.
The company also increased spending as it expanded product development and supported growing webstore activity. Research and development expenses reached $53 million, while selling and administrative expenses rose to $36.3 million. Ubiquiti said higher prototype, software, professional fee and marketing expenses contributed to the increases.
$500 Million Buyback and Dividend Support UI Stock Rebound
Ubiquiti extended its existing stock repurchase program through September 30, 2027, maintaining authorization for up to $500 million. The program gives the company additional flexibility to repurchase shares based on market conditions and available capital. The extension accompanied stronger annual revenue growth and improving full-year profitability.
The board also declared a $1.00 per-share cash dividend payable on September 8, 2026. Shareholders recorded by August 31 will qualify for the upcoming payment. Ubiquiti plans quarterly dividends of at least $1.00 per share throughout fiscal 2027.
The latest results follow continued expansion across Ubiquiti’s enterprise networking business and several major geographic markets. However, component availability and rising input costs remain pressure points for margins and product supply. Even so, stronger revenue, earnings growth, dividends and the buyback extension supported UI stock’s pre-market recovery.
