- Wall Street added $18.98M in XRP ETF exposure in the latest weekly flow data
XRP is trading near $1.42 as traders watch for a breakout that could push the price toward $1.60 and beyond. The setup is drawing attention from analysts, with the CLARITY Act Senate vote adding a regulatory angle to the technical picture.

Crypto analyst Ali Charts posted on X that XRP “appears to be breaking out,” noting that a sustained close above $1.38 would confirm the move. He pointed to $1.60 as the next key target if buyers hold control.
IT’S HAPPENING!$XRP appears to be breaking out.

XRP spent most of July and August under pressure, bottoming near $1.00 before posting a sharp recovery candle to $1.70. The coin is now stabilizing around $1.41, trading above several major moving averages including the 20-day and 200-day EMAs.
The $1.35–$1.36 zone has become important support. A break below it could weaken the current setup, while holding above it keeps the bullish structure intact.
The daily RSI sits at 58.37 — out of overbought territory but still above the midline. That leaves room for another push higher without momentum being stretched.
Analyst Sees Path to $2.02
Analyst CasiTrades posted her own XRP chart analysis ahead of the CLARITY Act vote. She noted XRP has been consolidating at the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level, keeping what she calls the “W4 structure” valid.
🚨 ripple:native CLARITY ACT COULD FUEL A MOVE, BUT EXPECT RESISTANCE! 🚨
With the #ClarityAct vote tomorrow, the timing is interesting…
We've spent several weeks consolidating underneath major resistance while continuing to hold the .5 retracement. That keeps this W4… pic.twitter.com/SC77vinSSi

She sees a short-term target range of $1.74–$1.78, which would represent a roughly 25% gain from current levels. A move toward $2.02 remains on the table if momentum extends, a gain of around 40% from current prices.
CasiTrades flagged that the $1.74–$1.78 zone could bring “heavy resistance.” She noted that a rejection there would not signal a failed trend — just a normal reaction.
She identified $1.65 as a key level to hold as support. If XRP fails to reclaim that level, Fibonacci supports near $1.09 and $0.87 could come back into play.
CLARITY Act as Catalyst
The CLARITY Act includes a digital commodity framework covering network tokens. CasiTrades called the vote timing “crucial,” noting the bill could provide a catalyst for XRP’s next move.
