Franklin Templeton’s XRP exchange-traded fund continued to attract fresh capital on Sept. 16. The Franklin XRP ETF, known as XRPZ, recorded about $3.5 million in net inflows, according to SoSoValue data. The fund was the only XRP ETF to post positive flows during the session. The latest figures extend a recent September trend in which Franklin has repeatedly drawn new capital while broader XRP ETF flows shifted across individual trading sessions during the month.
Franklin XRP ETF Leads Daily Inflows
SoSoValue placed XRPZ’s Sept. 16 net inflow at $3.5013 million. The latest addition raised the Franklin XRP ETF’s total net inflows to about $483 million. No other XRP ETF recorded positive flows that day.

CoinGlass data for the previous sessions showed a similar pattern. XRP ETFs posted $2.73 million in net inflows on Wednesday, with Franklin accounting for the full amount. The group recorded no net flows on Sept. 15.
XRP ETFs attracted $8.40 million on Sept. 14 after recording no inflows or outflows on Sept. 11. Franklin also captured all of the $3.69 million in net inflows posted on Sept. 10.
Other issuers also drew demand earlier in the month. On Sept. 9, XRP ETFs recorded about $8.67 million in total inflows. Bitwise received roughly $6.57 million, while Grayscale attracted about $2.11 million. Franklin has remained one of the more regular sources of fresh XRP ETF inflows during September.
XRP Price Falls After Senate Vote
The latest Franklin XRP ETF inflows arrived as XRP traded under pressure. XRP fell sharply after the U.S. Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act on Sept. 15. The motion did not secure the 60 votes needed to move the bill forward.
CoinGecko data showed XRP near $1.42 on Sept. 14 before dropping to about $1.28 on Sept. 15. That move represented a decline of roughly 10%. XRP later recovered slightly and traded near $1.30.
