U.S. spot Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds recorded strong net inflows on August 24, 2026. Bitcoin ETF inflows reached about $338 million, while spot Ether ETFs added $116 million. BlackRock led both groups as Bitcoin traded above the $80,000 level. The latest figures kept institutional demand in focus across major crypto investment products during the trading session.
Bitcoin ETFs Inflows Extend Six-Day Run
BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust, known as IBIT, attracted about $209 million in net inflows. The fund accounted for most of the day’s Bitcoin ETF demand. Wu Blockchain shared the figures from SoSoValue. That total placed IBIT well ahead of competing Bitcoin funds during the session.

The latest inflow extended the positive streak for U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs to six straight trading days. Market accounts also reported that recent weekly inflows represented more than 26,000 BTC, showing continued buying from investors through regulated products across major funds. The streak coincided with Bitcoin’s move back above $80,000.
BlackRock Leads Ether ETF Demand
Spot Ethereum ETFs recorded about $116 million in net inflows on August 24. BlackRock’s ETHA product contributed $90.92 million, making it the largest source of daily Ether ETF demand among the listed funds.
BlackRock manages about $15.3 trillion in assets and remained the leading buyer across both Bitcoin and Ether ETF categories. Other market accounts also pointed to rising interest in Ether products as digital asset funds continued to attract capital.
Bitcoin Holds Above $80,000
Bitcoin price traded near $80,900 at the time of publication, after briefly climbing above $81,000 earlier in the session. The cryptocurrency later pulled back slightly but continued to trade firmly above the $80,000 mark.
The price move followed a strong recovery from the mid-to-high $70,000 range and much lower levels earlier in August. Market participants continue to watch whether Bitcoin can hold $80,000 as support while ETF demand remains positive.
Recent posts placed total Bitcoin ETF inflows during the current streak between roughly $1.7 billion and $2.3 billion. Some reports also noted fresh interest in Ether and Solana-related investment products during the same period.
CoinCentral previously reported that BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes sees expanded U.S. Treasury buybacks as a possible source of added market liquidity. He said the shift could support Bitcoin’s next bullish phase, although sharp price swings may continue.
