TLDR
- ADA trades near $0.208 after breaking below the rising channel in place since June.
- Daily RSI sits at 36.53 and MACD remains bearish, with $0.20 as first support.
- Cardano DEX volume fell about 28.6% over seven days to $6.76 million.

Cardano (ADA) is trading around $0.208 on the Oct. 24 Coinbase daily chart. The token is down about 1.4% after another decline pushed it below the rising channel that guided its recovery since June.

ADA opened near $0.2106 and reached about $0.2122. It then fell to roughly $0.2062 before recovering slightly.
Analyst Ali Charts called the move a confirmed breakdown. He noted that since late June, ADA had traded in a rising parallel channel from a low of $0.138 to a high of $0.282.
CARDANO BREAKDOWN CONFIRMED
Since late June, Cardano has been trading within a rising parallel channel that took $ADA from a low of $0.138 to a high of $0.282.
Now, Cardano appears to have broken below the channel’s lower boundary, signaling that a deeper correction could be… https://t.co/KAw7VQXlI7 pic.twitter.com/dhXqI3Ldhp

He said Cardano now appears to have broken below the channel’s lower boundary. As long as $0.220 holds as resistance, he sees a roughly 20% decline toward $0.166.
ADA Chart Analysis
The break below the channel’s lower boundary is the main change on the daily chart. ADA used that trendline as support through the June-to-October recovery. The old support near $0.215-$0.22 could now act as resistance.

Momentum favors sellers for now. RSI is at 36.53, near oversold but above 30, while the MACD line at -0.0068 sits below its signal line at -0.0035. Traders are eyeing $0.20 as the line in the sand, with $0.18 and $0.16 below it. Watch for a reclaim of $0.22 next, as that would be the first sign the breakdown is being repaired.
On-Chain and ETF Data
Cardano’s on-chain numbers are mixed. DeFi TVL stands near $59.7 million, and stablecoins on the network total about $69 million, according to DefiLlama.
The network recorded about 14,360 active addresses and 29,001 transactions over 24 hours. Decentralized exchanges processed only about $1.05 million in that period.
Weekly DEX volume of $6.76 million is down roughly 28.6%. Stablecoin supply fell about 1.7% over the week.
Large-wallet activity has picked up. Transactions worth more than $1 million rose from around 24 to 51, per TokenPost. These transfers do not show whether whales are buying or selling.
Cardano also lacks a standalone U.S. spot ETF. Grayscale withdrew its registration for a proposed Cardano ETF in August. The filing had not become effective, so the withdrawal was not an SEC rejection.
Outside the U.S., the 21Shares Cardano ETP (AADA) saw an estimated $181,450 in net outflows over seven days. Its 30-day flow stayed slightly positive at about $33,740, according to ETF Llama.
On the development side, Cardano’s Oct. 23 report said Praos2 has been merged into the main development branch. Work continues on Endorser Block selection and fetching for Leios.
Node 11.2 is expected to carry the Dijkstra hard-fork features without Leios. A later 11.3 release is planned to combine Dijkstra with linear Leios.
Earlier this month, CIP-0113 programmable tokens went live on mainnet. The most recent price data shows ADA holding near $0.208, just above the $0.20 support level.
