TLDR
- DOGE ETFs logged three straight weeks of inflows, pushing assets from $12 million to $16.2 million.
- Dogecoin traded near $0.0946, about 20% above its mid-September low of $0.079.
- The DogeOS public testnet went live on September 30 for developers to test payments, trading, and lending.
- Dogecoin formed its first daily golden cross since August 2025, with the MA 50 crossing above the MA 200.
- A clean break above $0.10 is seen as the next key level, with resistance at $0.106.
Dogecoin is trading near $0.095 after a string of positive developments lined up over the past few weeks. The move has not come from one single headline.

Instead, several smaller factors have combined to lift the price. ETF inflows, a new testnet, and a technical signal have all played a part.
Dogecoin ETFs brought in about $3.5 million over three weeks. The first week added $284,500, the second jumped to $2.8 million, and the third brought in $327,360.
Total assets in DOGE ETFs rose from around $12 million in mid-September to $16.2 million. That is still small next to Bitcoin ETF numbers.

ETF Inflows and Testnet Progress
For a memecoin product, three straight weeks of inflows is a change from earlier patterns. It shows steady, if modest, demand.
On September 30, the DogeOS public testnet went live for developers. It lets people test payments, trading, lending, and games built on top of DOGE.
Fees on the testnet are paid in test DOGE, which has no real value. DogeOS is not an upgrade to Dogecoin itself. It is a separate layer built around it.
Separately, Metallicus launched DogecoinVM, which connects Dogecoin to the Metal network. The project is described as a DOGE-compatible ledger that makes transactions faster with instant finality.
Analyst Crypto Patel pointed to a longer-term chart pattern in a recent post. The analyst said DOGE has held a five-year ascending channel since 2021 and broke its multi-year downtrend from the 2024 all-time high.

Crypto Patel added that a breakout retest was confirmed in 2026 and called the $0.08 to $0.06 range an accumulation zone that buyers have defended. The analyst listed price targets of $0.28, $0.75, and $2.00, with invalidation set below a two-week close under $0.065.
Chart Signals Point to Key Levels
On the daily chart, Dogecoin completed a golden cross, its first since August 2025. This happens when the 50-day moving average crosses above the 200-day moving average.

The last golden cross came before a run to $0.30 in September 2025. That rally did not last, and DOGE later fell during an October flash crash to $0.09.
This time, the rebound started from a low near $0.06 in mid-August 2026. Price has since moved back above both the daily MA 50 and MA 200.
DOGE rose 3.88% in 24 hours to reach $0.0962 around the time of the golden cross. The next resistance sits at $0.106, a level where the price paused on September 22.
Indicators have stayed calm rather than overheated. The RSI held above neutral, and on-balance volume climbed to about 154.31 billion in late September and has not dropped off.
Traders are watching whether DOGE can decisively clear $0.095 and $0.098 first. A break past $0.106 could open the door toward $0.12 and then $0.16.
