Ethereum (ETH) traded at about $2,340 on Tuesday, holding just above $2,300 after last week’s decline. The price sits close to several closely watched levels.

CryptoQuant data shows ETH’s realized price, its average on-chain cost basis, is $2,310. The 200-day exponential moving average (EMA) is at $2,315.
The $2,328 average cost basis of wallets holding 1,000 to 10,000 ETH also sits in this area. That group added 40,000 ETH over the past week.
Spot ETF outflows near a monthly record
US spot ETH ETFs saw $88.5 million in outflows on Monday, according to SoSoValue. That followed $220.6 million in net outflows from October 19 to 23.

October outflows now total $1.26 billion. The record is $1.42 billion, set in November 2025, so about $160 million more would break it.
Spot Bitcoin ETFs took in $110.3 million on Monday. They still show $202 million in net outflows for the month.
Daily ETH ETF outflows have slowed from $201.9 million on October 6 to $88.6 million on October 26. Even so, cumulative net inflows fell from $13.8 billion to $12.6 billion over the month.
Ethereum is down 12.9% since September 30. It peaked at $2,726 on October 4 and touched a low of $2,321 on October 26.
Over the past month, ETH fell 13.6% while Bitcoin dropped 5.1%. Year to date, ETH is down 21.7% and Bitcoin is down 8.4%.
Price levels traders are watching
Analyst Ted (@TedPillows) said ETH “looks like it wants to dump more,” pointing to weak buying and lost support zones. He expects a possible return to $2,200, which he sees as the likely bottom.
$ETH looks like it wants to dump more.
No strong buying, and every support zone is getting lost.
IMO, Ethereum could revisit the $2,200 level soon, which will most likely be the bottom zone. pic.twitter.com/dyEc0RjQUT

A daily close below the 200-day EMA could bring support at $2,256, $2,204 and $1,971 into focus.
On the upside, resistance sits at $2,355 and the 100-day EMA at $2,362. A close above the cluster up to $2,453 would be needed before $2,548 and $2,636 come into view.
The 14-day RSI is at 33 and the Stochastic Oscillator is at 16, both near oversold. Coinglass data shows $35 million in futures liquidations over 24 hours, $27 million from shorts.
BitMine bought 10,452 ETH, worth about $24 million, in the week to October 26. It now holds 6.05 million ETH, yet ETH still fell 4.4% from October 20 to 27.
The Ethereum Foundation postponed the Hoodi testnet launch for the Glamsterdam upgrade, planned for October 26, to fix compatibility issues with EIP-8037. No new date has been set for the testnet or mainnet.
