The new list also features Arista Networks, Flex, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin and Lumentum. Merck, Seagate Technology, Texas Instruments and Uber complete the group, according to the Securitize announcement.
The company launched its first 12 tokenized stocks on October 8. Those included Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Tesla, Amazon and SpaceX.
Securitize Chairman and CEO Carlos Domingo said the expansion came less than a month after the first launch. He said the company wants to place U.S. shares on-chain without affecting investors’ rights and securities protections.
How the Tokens Work
According to Securitize, each token matches a single share of the underlying stock. Each token is a security. Investors receive applicable economic benefits, such as dividends, and voting rights if the underlying shares carry them.
The tokens do not replace direct registration on a company’s shareholder list. If a company later adopts its own tokenization system, owners can convert their rights into registered shares, Securitize said.
The firm said it does not issue or lend out the shares behind its tokens. The products do not contain shares issued or endorsed by any of the 25 companies. The program also creates no new shares.
Eligible investors in the United States, the European Union and other allowed markets can access the tokens. Access depends on local securities rules and investor verification.
In the U.S., trading runs through Securitize Markets, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member. European customers hold their interests through Securitize’s regional brokerage under applicable agreements and laws.
The 25 stocks trade on Solana, and trades settle in the USDC stablecoin. Jump Trading supports liquidity. Trading currently runs beyond regular U.S. stock market hours.
Securitize plans to offer round-the-clock trading but has not announced a firm start date. It also expects its products to reach a proposed New York Stock Exchange digital venue.
The company designed the offering to support the planned OKXICE tokenized securities venue. OKXICE filed plans for tokenized NYSE stocks in October, but the venue has not launched.
StoneX Weighs In on DTCC Launch
Analysts at StoneX said the new tokenization service from the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) supports Securitize’s business model rather than threatening it. They said the two platforms serve different markets.
The DTCC service is permissioned and initially limited to certain securities, participants and blockchain networks. Securitize (SECZ) focuses on public-blockchain tokenization, including funds, equities and assets used in decentralized finance.
Analyst Mark Palmer wrote in a Monday client note that DTCC has opened a debate about where tokenized U.S. equities should be anchored. He said Securitize holds a full regulatory stack, including an SEC-registered transfer agent, broker-dealer and ATS.
StoneX also pointed to tokenized assets as collateral across markets. Moving tokenized Treasuries around the clock could raise demand for tokenized fund shares and equities as collateral, the analysts said.
That use is already developing in decentralized finance. Tokenized private credit on Solana reached $1.44 billion, according to The Block’s latest Tokenization Briefing. Credit tokens from Securitize and Maple are accepted as collateral on lending markets such as Kamino.
Last month, StoneX said Securitize Stocks could help the company move beyond integration fees into transaction and servicing revenue. Securitize has not given launch dates for its venue integrations or reported trading volumes for the 13 new stocks.
StoneX kept its buy rating and $18 price target on SECZ. The stock traded near $7.30 at publication time, down 24% since going public in July 2025.
