CEO Anthony Noto kept the message simple. “We are adding more members, who are using more products, and generating more revenue per product,” he said.
Members and products keep climbing
SoFi added members at a fast pace. The count rose 35% to 17.1 million. Financial products grew 44% to 26.7 million.
The company is building what it calls an “everything app.” Users can save, invest and borrow in one place. The numbers suggest the plan is drawing people in.
SoFi Invest, its brokerage arm, grew 37% year over year to 4.18 million products as of Sept. 30. That sits alongside the new crypto line.
Crypto numbers show up for the first time
This was the first quarter SoFi broke out crypto in its product breakdown. It reported 503,000 crypto products at the end of September.
Gross crypto transaction revenue was $161.6 million, up 20% from the prior quarter. After associated costs, net crypto transaction revenue was just $1.6 million.
SoFi paused crypto services for two years before eyeing a return in May 2025. SoFi Crypto launched that November. Members can buy and hold dozens of tokens straight from FDIC-insured checking or savings accounts.
The company has since pushed into stablecoins, tokenized deposits and crypto infrastructure. So the crypto story is still early.
Guidance points to more growth
Management lifted its view for the full year. SoFi now sees 2026 adjusted net revenue growing 40% to $5.04 billion. It expects net income of $840 million and EPS of $0.61.
Looking to 2027, the company expects adjusted net revenue of $6.4 billion. It also guided to EPS of $0.90.
Noto said his confidence is high. “Our conviction in the opportunity ahead has never been greater,” he said.
Even after Tuesday’s jump, the stock is still down about 40% so far this year. The 52-week range runs from $13.86 to $32.73.
SoFi’s market cap stands at about $21.18 billion. Its gross margin is 62.02%. Tuesday’s close came at $16.40 on the Nasdaq.
