CEO Brad Garlinghouse said on X that Ripple opened its 10th Swell conference with a series of announcements. He added that more news was coming later in the week.
Ripple Expands Its Partnerships
Ripple’s infrastructure will support Robinhood’s customer services and core operations. This includes RLUSD settlement on the XRP Ledger, prime brokerage and treasury work. RLUSD is Ripple’s stablecoin.
Ripple is also expanding its work with BNY across custody and tokenized trade finance. The firm launched a treasury product called 24/7 Returns, which lets companies earn on idle cash outside banking hours using stablecoins.
Despite the news, demand from funds has been light. XRP spot ETFs took in just $11 million in net inflows this month, the second straight monthly decline, according to SoSoValue data.
Trading volume is also thin at $1.8 billion, about 2.2% of the circulating market cap.
Analysts Point to $1.25 and $1.31
Analyst Ali Charts said a TD Sequential buy signal has flashed on XRP’s 3-day chart. The indicator counts consecutive candles to show when a move may be losing steam. He said the last three similar signals were followed by rebounds of 31%, 24% and 18%.
XRP FLASHES BUY SIGNAL
The TD Sequential has flashed a buy signal on the $XRP 3-day chart. The last three similar signals triggered rebounds of 31%, 24%, and 18%.
That makes the latest signal worth paying attention to. But everything depends on $1.25.

He added that everything depends on the $1.25 level. If it holds, he sees XRP moving toward $1.40 and then the $1.55 neckline of a possible inverse head and shoulders pattern.
A close above $1.55 could open a path to $2.10. If $1.25 breaks, he named $0.98 as the next level to watch.
Analyst MikybullCrypto also posted on X about XRP, pointing to a double bottom and bullish divergence on the chart. He added that he does not need to explain what comes next.

On the technical side, XRP sits near the 100-day EMA at $1.33, just under the 20-day EMA at $1.34. The 0.5 Fibonacci level adds resistance at $1.35. The 50-day and 200-day EMAs sit at $1.36 and $1.37, and the Parabolic SAR is at $1.39.
If the bounce fades, support sits at the 0.618 Fibonacci level of $1.27. A daily close below it would bring $1.25 into view.
FX Empire’s Alejandro Arrieche said XRP is retesting $1.31 after a W-shaped pattern was confirmed. He said a bounce there could lead to $1.38 or $1.42.
The FOMC meeting is also in focus. FedWatch puts the odds of a rate hike at just 9%.
XRP’s latest price is $1.31, down 1.50%, as of October 28.
