Bitget has launched Stock+, allowing eligible users to buy real US stocks and ETFs with digital assets through one account. The service converts crypto funds into USDC before routing stock orders through licensed brokerage partners. The launch expands Bitget’s strategy to combine crypto, tokenized assets, commodities, and equities inside one platform.
Stock+ Adds Direct Ownership and Fractional Access
Bitget said Stock+ provides ownership of underlying shares rather than synthetic exposure or derivative contracts. Users can receive cash dividends, benefit from stock splits, and access shareholder rights through regulated custody arrangements. The service also supports purchases from 0.0001 shares, which lowers entry requirements for users with smaller balances.
Orders pass through RQD Clearing and Atomic Vaults Securities before reaching major US trading venues. Users can trade during pre-market, regular, after-hours, and overnight sessions, depending on market and product availability. Bitget also provides free Level 1 market data, while trading fees start at 0.1% per completed transaction.
The platform supports inbound transfers from participating brokers, so users can combine existing equities with digital asset balances. However, Bitget has not confirmed whether outbound stock transfers will become available immediately after the product launch. Access will depend on regional rules, brokerage arrangements, and customer eligibility within each supported jurisdiction.
Stocks 2.0 Expands Bitget’s Multi-Asset Strategy
Stock+ forms part of Bitget’s wider Stocks 2.0 program, which targets traditional markets and real-world assets. Earlier in June, the company introduced Reality, a regulated tokenization protocol supporting its growing rToken product range. Those products provide blockchain-based exposure to more than 500 US stocks and ETFs through broker-linked structures.
Bitget said assets under management across its tokenized stock products have exceeded $50 million since their introduction. The new service now places direct stock ownership beside tokenized alternatives within the same account environment. Users can choose regulated brokerage shares or blockchain-based exposure, depending on their preferred ownership structure.
The launch places Bitget against platforms that already combine cryptocurrencies with equities and other traditional financial products. Kraken, Robinhood, eToro, Interactive Brokers, and Public provide different forms of crypto and stock market access. Meanwhile, several exchanges and protocols continue expanding tokenized equities, stablecoin settlement, and broader multi-asset trading services.
Bitget uses stablecoins as a funding bridge while maintaining regulated execution for direct equity purchases. This structure reduces transfers between banks, brokers, and crypto exchanges for eligible users who already hold digital assets. Stock+ therefore strengthens Bitget’s effort to provide crypto and traditional market exposure through one trading platform.
