- Horizon3 announced a new integration between its NodeZero platform and CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM
CrowdStrike (CRWD) pulled back slightly in premarket trading Tuesday, down 1.73% to $231.31, giving back a slice of Monday’s gains as investors took some profits after a sector-wide surge.
CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc., CRWD
Monday’s rally across cybersecurity was triggered by weekend comments from Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, who called for a voluntary deceleration in frontier AI model development. Sam Altman and Elon Musk also backed the push.
Amodei’s key concern was that unchecked compute scaling creates serious cybersecurity vulnerabilities. That warning sent capital rotating out of hardware names and into enterprise security platforms.
CrowdStrike sits squarely in the middle of that trade. Its Falcon platform secures AI agents and runtime LLM workflows, putting it in a strong position as the market pivots toward AI security infrastructure.
Tuesday’s dip looks more like routine profit-taking than any fundamental shift. The stock is still trading close to its 52-week high of $239.37.
Strong Fundamentals Back the Story
The pullback comes against a solid earnings backdrop. In its Q2 FY27 update on Aug. 26, CrowdStrike reported ARR of $5.84 billion, up 25% year-over-year.
Net new ARR added in the quarter came in at $332.8 million. That points to continued strong demand across its platform, even as the company grows at scale.
Enterprise adoption of the Falcon platform is accelerating across Cloud Security, Next-Gen SIEM, and AI threat detection modules including Falcon Guardian and Charlotte AI.
Management maintained its full-year FY27 revenue guidance of $5.87 billion to $5.93 billion, suggesting confidence in the current demand environment.
Horizon3 Integration Adds to Falcon Ecosystem
On the product side, Horizon3 announced a new integration between its NodeZero platform and CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM.
The integration allows NodeZero’s validated security findings to flow directly into Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, giving security teams more context during investigations.
NodeZero identifies exploitable attack paths and remediation priorities. Pulling that data into Falcon Next-Gen SIEM lets teams correlate it with endpoint, identity, and cloud telemetry in one place.
CrowdStrike’s Chief Business Officer Daniel Bernard said the goal is to help customers “investigate and prioritize proactive risk more efficiently.”
Horizon3 CEO Snehal Antani said the partnership helps teams “close the loop between proactive validation and runtime protection.”
The integration is available now on the CrowdStrike Marketplace.
Falcon Next-Gen SIEM offers up to 150x faster search performance than legacy SIEMs, with up to 80% lower total cost of ownership, according to CrowdStrike.
CRWD was trading at $231.31 in premarket Tuesday, approaching but below its 52-week high of $239.37.
