Palantir Technologies Inc., PLTR

The moves come as ARK continues to rebalance positions across technology, artificial intelligence and emerging transportation companies.
ARK Trims Palantir and AMD
Palantir and AMD remain meaningful positions in the ARK Innovation ETF despite the latest sales.
Palantir ranks as the fund’s 11th-largest holding, while AMD is the 12th-largest.
ARK frequently adjusts positions after large price moves rather than exiting a holding entirely.
The latest sales therefore represent portfolio trimming rather than a full withdrawal from either company.
Palantir has remained in focus because of demand for its artificial intelligence and data software.
AMD has also benefited from investor interest in AI chips and data center computing.
Both stocks have been among the higher-profile technology names held by Cathie Wood’s funds.
ARK also recently added to another AI-related position.
On September 17, the firm bought 239,083 CoreWeave shares worth roughly $19.9 million across several ETFs.
Most of that purchase was made through the ARK Innovation ETF.
Archer Aviation Position Grows
ARK used part of its latest capital allocation to increase its stake in Archer Aviation.
The firm bought about $3.35 million of Archer stock.

Its shares have fallen roughly 31% this year and were recently trading near $5.26.
The latest purchase followed a new agreement involving Boeing.
Archer plans to acquire Boeing businesses including Insitu, SkyGrid and Wisk Aero.
The deal would expand Archer’s exposure to autonomous aircraft systems, aerial navigation and related technologies.
Boeing is set to receive a 16.5% ownership stake in Archer as part of the transaction.
ARK Innovation Keeps Tech-Focused Portfolio
The ARK Innovation ETF held about $7.86 billion in assets as of mid-September.
The fund had 46 positions, with its 10 largest holdings representing just over half of the portfolio.
Tesla remained the largest position at about 9.18%.
SpaceX accounted for around 6.32%, followed by Tempus AI at 5.87%.
Circle represented about 5.16% of assets, while Coinbase accounted for roughly 4.63%.
The latest trades show ARK continuing to shift capital between established technology holdings and smaller companies tied to emerging industries.
