- Physical AI, including autonomous vehicles and robotics, is the other key growth area Huang outlined
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang took the stage at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia and Technology Conference on Thursday, laying out a confident growth case for the company while pointing to cybersecurity as the next big frontier for AI.
NVDA stock was trading around $218 on Thursday, with the company carrying a market cap of $5.27 trillion and a P/E ratio of 27.6.
Huang repeated his forecast for 70% year-over-year revenue growth in 2027. He said unconstrained demand is actually tracking above 100%, but supply remains the limiting factor.
Revenue over the last twelve months hit $303 billion, with gross profit margins near 75%.
Huang described Nvidia as moving beyond selling GPUs into being a full-stack AI factory platform. He called it “the world’s first and only growth value stock.”
Pricing Power Keeps Rising
System prices have climbed steadily across generations. Hopper GPU systems were priced at around $18,000, Blackwell at roughly $25,000, and the upcoming Vera Rubin will come in at around $40,000.
Some integrated systems now sell for $8.5 million. Grace, Blackwell and NVLink systems grew 27% month over month in 72-rack configurations.
Huang said Nvidia systems are durable, rentable and now used as collateral for loans, which he framed as a new kind of asset-backed computing investment.
He estimated AI infrastructure spending could reach $3 trillion to $4 trillion by 2030, driven by generative computing and the decline of Moore’s Law performance gains.
Cybersecurity Is the Next AI Growth Leg
Huang pointed to cybersecurity as the most immediate new growth area for AI, ahead of physical AI applications like robotics.
Nvidia already has cybersecurity partnerships with CrowdStrike, Cisco and Palantir, using its Nemotron models in those integrations.
He said the constant cycle of red-teaming and blue-teaming in cybersecurity creates a large and ongoing market for AI compute.
On the physical AI side, Huang said autonomous vehicles should show strong progress in the next two to three years. He said manipulation systems for mid-market manufacturers could arrive in about two years.
He also highlighted a new development called Alpamayo, which he said can reduce training data requirements for autonomous vehicles by leaning more on reasoning.
Nvidia’s customer base now spans OpenAI, Google Gemini, Meta, Anthropic, xAI’s Grok, cloud providers, enterprises including Eli Lilly, Merck and Jane Street, and neocloud partners like CoreWeave and Lambda.
Huang said Nvidia is the only provider running every major AI model, both open-source and closed-source.
On supply constraints, Huang said land, power and data center real estate are bigger bottlenecks than component supply. Nvidia announced a 2 gigawatt data center commitment in Australia for 2027, representing $80 billion in infrastructure investment.
