TLDR
- XRP is trading near $1.35–$1.37, below the key $1.40 resistance level
- Roundhill delayed its XRP Covered Call ETF to October 11, 2026
- A 2x Short Daily XRP ETF also pushed to the same October 11 date
- XRP ETFs hold $1.45 billion in assets despite zero daily inflows on September 11
- XRP Ledger transactions dropped over 55%, raising concerns about network activity
XRP is hovering around $1.35 to $1.37 as of mid-September, stuck below the $1.40 resistance that has capped its recovery. The price has been consolidating between $1.30 support and $1.40 resistance, with no clear breakout in either direction.

The daily RSI sits at about 51.7, below its signal average of 58.2. On the four-hour chart, the MACD line has crossed above its signal line, but both lines remain below zero. That means bearish pressure has not fully reversed.
XRP had a strong August run, climbing from around $1.00 to above $1.50, with a brief spike toward $1.70. Since then, the market has consistently failed to reclaim the $1.45–$1.50 range and has been printing lower local highs.

ETF Decisions Pushed to October
Roundhill has delayed the effective date of its XRP Covered Call ETF to October 11, 2026. The fund is designed to combine XRP exposure with an options strategy that generates income, appealing to traders who want yield rather than pure price upside.
Crypto analyst Xaif Crypto commented on the development, noting that Roundhill had pushed its ETF to October 11 — the same date as the Teucrium 2x Short Daily XRP ETF. “Wall Street isn’t just buying XRP anymore, they’re building whole strategies around it,” the analyst wrote.
📄 SEC filing alert:
Listed Funds Trust just delayed the effectiveness of the Teucrium 2x Short Daily XRP ETF to October 11, 2026.
A 2x SHORT XRP ETF is literally in the pipeline. Institutions aren't just betting up on XRP they're building tools to bet against it too.

Listed Funds Trust also pushed the Teucrium 2x Short Daily XRP ETF to October 11. This is a leveraged inverse product, designed to profit when XRP’s price falls on a given day — the opposite approach to Roundhill’s income strategy.
Delayed effective dates do not mean rejection. Both products are still working through regulatory processes, with investors waiting on disclosures ahead of the October launch window.
Network Activity Drops Sharply
According to SoSoValue, XRP ETFs recorded zero net daily inflows on September 11. Total assets across five listed products stand at $1.45 billion, equal to 1.70% of XRP’s market cap. Bitwise leads with $499.49 million in assets.

XRP Ledger activity has dropped sharply. Total transactions fell 55.6% to 1.2 million, while successful transactions dropped 59.5% to around 970,200. Active users fell 42.3% to 126,200.
The ledger itself is running normally, with a closing interval of about 3.84 seconds. The weakness is in user activity, not network performance.
XRP’s key support sits between $1.33 and $1.36. A break below that zone could expose $1.28, then the $1.25–$1.28 moving average cluster. On the upside, reclaiming $1.45 would shift the short-term structure back in favor of bulls.
