TLDR
- SOL trades near $101, about 9% below the $110 level that matches its 50-day moving average.
- Solana ETFs lost $17.3 million the week of October 19 and $8.2 million on October 26.
- SOL fell to an October low of $99 and is testing the $98–$103 support zone.
- Bitcoin trades at $80,684, below its 20-day and 50-day averages.
- Breakpoint 2026 runs November 16–17, with Boris Johnson among the announced speakers.
Solana (SOL) is trading at about $101, down 14.5% since the end of September. The price is 65.6% below its all-time high of $293, set on January 19, 2025.

SOL opened October at $118 and briefly climbed to $124. It then fell to a low of $99.
The $110 level matters because it lines up with the 50-day moving average of $109. When a coin trades below that average, it often points to a short-term downtrend. SOL needs to climb back above $110 to reverse that.
Market Cap and Supply
Solana has a market cap of about $59.6 billion, the seventh largest in crypto. At $110, that figure would rise to about $64.9 billion.
Circulating supply has grown about 25.3% since November 2024, when SOL closed at $158 with a market cap of $74.2 billion. Solana has no maximum supply, and staking rewards add new coins over time.
Crypto Patel, an analyst on X, said support alone is not enough for SOL. He noted that the price has pulled back from the $120–$124 region and is testing the $98–$103 zone near a rising long-term moving average.
SOLANA IS SHOWING WHY SUPPORT ALONE ISN’T ENOUGH.

If Buyers Defend Support And Reclaim… pic.twitter.com/s0tqo0E1Yb— Crypto Patel (@CryptoPatel) October 26, 2026
Patel said a liquidity sweep is not a buy signal by itself. He wants to see a reclaim and a bullish shift in structure before calling a reversal. If SOL breaks down, he sees the next major demand zone around $72–$74.
ETF Flows and Bitcoin
Spot Solana ETFs lost $8.2 million on October 26. They recorded no activity on October 23 and lost $17.3 million during the week of October 19.

Bitcoin trades at $80,684. That is below its 20-day average of $81,999 and its 50-day average of $81,806.
SOL fell 17.2% over 30 days, a sharper drop than Bitcoin’s. Over 90 days, SOL is up 37.2% against Bitcoin’s 26%.
On the daily chart, the 20-day EMA sits at $105.55 and the 50-day EMA at $105.77. Both are above the current price. The 100-day EMA is at $100.38 and the 200-day EMA at $98.29.
CoinGlass data shows Solana perpetual futures open interest near $6 billion. The data does not show which way traders are leaning.
SOL has topped $110 before. It closed at $72 on August 1, 2026, then reached $111 later that month and $125 in September.
The nearest resistance is the 20-day average at $106, about 4.9% above the current price. A break below the October low of $99 could send SOL toward its 200-day average at $88, about 12% lower.
