TLDR
- XRP trades above $1.50, up 2.73% in 24 hours, defending key support.
- Binance reserves fall to 2.69 billion tokens, pointing to lower exchange supply.
- Resistance sits between $1.53 and $1.60, with $1.65 and $1.70 as next targets.
- RSI at 58 and a positive MACD line show mild bullish momentum.
- Analysts flag $1.45 and $1.246 as key downside levels to watch.
XRP moved back above $1.50 on Tuesday as buyers defended a support zone. The token traded near $1.52, up 2.73% over the past day. Trading volume reached $4.55 billion in that period.

Market capitalization stood at $95.68 billion, according to CoinMarketCap. The price is still down 3.66% over the past week.
XRP pulled back from its September high near $1.66. It has not held on to gains from that earlier rally.
CryptoQuant data shows XRP reserves on Binance fell to 2.69 billion tokens on Monday. That is down from 2.70 billion the prior Saturday.

A falling exchange balance can point to lower near-term sell pressure. Tokens moving to self-custody wallets often suggest holders plan to keep them longer.
Key Resistance Levels for XRP
XRP is testing a resistance band between $1.53 and $1.60. Analyst DukesMarketAnalysis pointed to the 0.382 Fibonacci retracement at $1.532 as an added hurdle.
That zone has turned away buyers in past attempts. A close above $1.60 would carry more weight than a brief move through the level.
Trader XRP Update, who posts on X as @XrpUdate, said the bullish structure remains intact. The account noted XRP pushed back above the Point of Control and said all eyes are now on $1.58.

A bullish flag has also formed on the daily chart below resistance. That setup points to support at $1.5070, with targets at $1.7683 and $2.1667.
Analyst Egrag Crypto said XRP is stuck in a range between $1.45 and $1.65. A close above $1.65 would shift the structure higher, while a drop below $1.45 raises the odds of a deeper pullback toward $1.41 and $1.37.
Order book activity has also shifted near $1.52. Analyst CW8900 said on X that XRP moved through a sell wall at that price and reached about $1.55, with fresh buy orders forming underneath.

Momentum Indicators and Open Interest
The 8-week and 21-week exponential moving averages have formed a bullish crossover on the weekly chart. That points to improving medium-term momentum, though it does not confirm a full trend reversal.
The Relative Strength Index sits at 58.02 on TradingView, above the neutral 50 mark. The MACD line also sits above its signal line, pointing to a mild bullish bias.
CoinGlass data shows XRP futures volume fell 4.31% to $5.46 billion. Open interest rose 2.28% to $3.56 billion, meaning more leveraged positions are entering the market.
Liquidation heatmap data shows upside clusters at $1.53-$1.54 and $1.56-$1.58. Downside clusters sit at $1.49-$1.50 and $1.45-$1.46.
Weekly charts still show a pattern of lower highs and lower lows. Analysts say a break above prior highs is needed before that structure changes.
As of September 29, XRP traded in the upper $1.40s to mid $1.50s. The price touched above $1.60 earlier in September before pulling back, and it now sits below the $1.5070 and $1.246 levels analysts are watching next.
